Certain items such as sale items, gift cards, and personal or customized products are non-returnable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5β10 business days. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence so we can resolve the issue promptly.
