To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging along with proof of purchase. Certain items such as sale items, gift cards, and personal or customized products are non-returnable. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details, and we will provide instructions for returning the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence so we can resolve the issue promptly.
